Inspired by the Rum Runner tiki cocktail - Aged 12 months in dripping wet Appleton Estate Jamaican Rum Barrels then conditioned on loads of Blackberry, Banana, Coconut, Cherry, Orange, Yuzu and Vanilla Beans. 12% ABV.

Available 10/7:

Inspired by the Missionary’s Downfall tiki cocktail, this Imperial Sour was Aged 12 months in Appleton Estate Jamaican Rum Barrels and conditioned on hundreds of pounds of Peach, Pineapple and Apricot with Mint and Lime Zest. 12% ABV.

Currently Available

Rum Barrel Aged Imperial Sour with Pineapple, Coconut, Tangerine, Vanilla Beans and Chinese 5-Spice. We started with an Imperial Sour base that was then transferred to dripping wet Appleton Estate Rum Barrels for a full year. We then transferred the beer onto hundreds of pounds of Pineapple, Coconut and Tangerine Puree and finished it off with Vanilla Beans and Chinese 5-Spice. Decadent, thicc, rich. Be careful, this one clocks in at 12% ABV.

Imperial Stout aged 24 months in a selected blend of Blanton's and Eagle Rare barrels. Finished on Dark Matter Coffee, Roasted Peanuts, Marquesas Islands Vanilla Beans, Ethereal Cacao Nibs, and Marshmallows. Truly a coffee and confectionary delight.

Master Fade

Currently Available

Imperial Stout blended to taste after resting for 20 months in Willet Rye and Willet Family Estate Bourbon barrels. It was then finished on Madagascar Vanilla beans and toasted and raw coconut. Explosive notes of oak vanillins, sweet caramel, creamy milk chocolate, all rounded by a restrained finish of coconut.

Low Stock!

Double Barrel Aged Imperial Stout first rested in Blanton's barrels for 14 months followed by an additional rest for 10 months in Four Roses barrels. Comoros and Tongan Vanilla beans were added to the barrels for the final 3 months. Absolutely massive boozey barrel and roasty char balanced by notes of marshmallow fluff and white chocolate.
